Tillman's Rider Days Are Over

REGINA - Saskatchewan Roughriders general manager Eric Tillman has resigned after pleading guilty to sexual assault.
The CFL club says that Tillman offered to step down and that its
11-man board accepted his decision.

A contrite Tillman said outside court that he hoped his actions
wouldn't cost him his job with the team.

(The Canadian Press)

ROD'S NOTE: Rider President Jim Hopson says there is no timetable on a replacement for Tillman. Personnel moves will continue to be made by a consortium of Rider staff including Brendan Taman, Joe Womack and coach Ken Miller.

Hopson said Miller has no interest in a coach/GM combo.

SO WHO SHOULD BE THE NEXT G.M. OF THE RIDERS?????

GOOD LUCK ERIC AND THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!
