Calgary Hitmen Still Rolling

Calgary 7 vs Lethbridge 1

The Hitmen playoff train did not lose any steam even with an eight day lay off after they took out Edmonton with great ease.

Joel Broda,Brandon Kozun and Paul Postma all scored twice Carson McMillan also scored for Calgary while it was Mitch Versteeg scoring the lone goal for the Canes.

The Hitmen lead the series 1-0 with game two going on Sunday April 5 at the Saddle dome puck drop as at 2pm.

Also around the rest of the Dub it was Tri City beating Kelowna 4-3 on the strength of a late power play goal by Taylor Procyshen with 1:53 remaining in regulation.

The Americans have a 1-0 lead in the series with game two tonight at the Toyota Center.

Also it was Vancouver taking a 1-0 lead in the series over Spokane in front of 8.920 fans at the Pacific Coliseum.

Mike Piluso,Garry Nunn and Graig Cunningham scored for the G-Men while it was Mitch Wahl beating Sexsmith for Spokane.

Game Two is tonight at the Pacific Coliseum.
